The PC Medic

 

My name is Adrian Smith.  For the past 11 years I have been working in a number of technical roles for the worlds largest internet company.  Following the acquisition of AOL UK by Carphone Warehouse my services were no longer required and I, along with all of my colleagues in the Bristol office, were made redundant.  This has given me the opportunity to use the skills I have acquired to solve your PC problems.

 

In 1998 I started working for AOL as Technical Support Representative.  I was quicky promoted to Supervisor, Technical Project Manager and, finally Technical Manager.  I managed a team of Developers, Database/Systems Administrators and Support Engineers based in the UK, Eire, Germany and France.
